  • How long do your pigs cook?
    We cook all of our pigs between 20-24 hours.
    What time will you arrive?
    We will arrive between 1 1/2 - 2 hours prior to your serving time.
    How long are you here?
    We stay until all the food is served and you are happy with our services.
    What is Pig Juice?
    Pig Juice is our homemade BBQ sauce.
    How many people do you bring with you?
    Our average team is 2-3 people.
    Are there any additional costs?
    All package prices are subject to sales tax.
    Is there a tip included in the price?
    Tips are not included in your pricing. If you think we did an exceptional job, then tip is up to you.
  • What is the difference between on-site service and drop-off service?
    On- Site service means we come to you with one smoker to service your party, and finish cooking, and then serve at your location. Drop-Off service is when we bring the food only and drop it off at your location; it is prepared and put in trays prior to arrival. We also have a pick up option, where you come to us and pick up your food.
    What do we need to provide?
    We will bring everything except: drinks, plastic ware, plates, and cups. We can supply for an additional cost.
    How many people can we have?
    On the weekends, we have a 50 person minimum for on-site or drop off services, weekdays we have a 30 person minimum. We can arrange drop off for 25 minimum, or pickup for 10 minimum for orders $200 or more.
    How are kids priced?
    12 and under at half price.
