Ingredients:

1. Wheat Flour

2. Salt

3. Red Chilli

4. Corn Starch

5. Black Pepper

6. Green Chilli

7. Citric Acid

8. Carom Seed

9. Cumin Seed

Steps of Cooking:

1. Mix lemon juice with 1 tsp of National salt and rub all over the chicken pieces.

2. Cover and marinate for at least 3-4 hours.

3. Fold chicken pieces in Chicken Broast Masala Recipe and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

4. Before frying again fold the chicken pieces in remaining batter mix.

5. Heat the oil in a wok, fry chicken to a crisp golden colour on low heat.

6. Delicious Broast is ready. Serve with french fries and National Chilli Garlic Sauce.
