#8220;Nothing better than eat a grilled fish when in diet or with friends, fish is healthy and grilling allows not to add any fat in cooking”Difficulty: ★Preparation time: 10 min Cooking time: 50 min Servings: 2Calories per serving: 215 kcalIngredients:Sea Bream (or Bangus, King fish, Lapu-Lapu, etc.) – 2 PCs.Onion (sliced) – 2 PCs. (medium-sized)Garlic (sliced) – 4 clovesDill – 1 tsp.Lemon juice – from 1 PC.Black pepper (ground) – 1/4 tsp.Ginger (sliced) – 25 g (0.88 oz.)Salt – 1 1/2 tsp.Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp.Banana leaves for wrapping.Directions:Dissolve the salt in the lemon juice.Add the other spices mix well and then add the fish.Spoon in some spices inside the belly of the fish.Place the banana leaves in a wide space, add the fish, scare one side of the fish and insert some sliced ginger in the etching.Cover with the spices, wrap with banana leaves, marinate for 15 minutes.Pre-heat the oven at 200 °C (392 °F).Once oven is hot, place the wrapped fish and cook each side for 20 minutes or depending on the size of fish.Tip: also recommended to cook over charcoal for a more flavored result, in this case it is recommended to wrap further the fish within the banana leaves in aluminum foil to avoid the leaves to burn. 1 vote
