The first reaction anyone has when picking these up the first time is My, these are quite heavy. The second reaction (after using them to cut anything) is Don't you dare take these away from me. But there's something about the geometry of the design that simply powers-up your hand and makes them very comfortable to use. The cutting edges are 3 and come apart for cleaning. It seems that they will cut almost anything - although we have not yet tested hardened sheet steel. Buff satin finish. We couldn't possibly recommend them more.
